Rebecca owned a mortgaged block of land. Despite having 2 jobs with very good income, approved plans for 2 x 4bdr double storey homes and a vision, Rebecca couldn’t secure finance to progress with the build, instead looking at her only option, selling the land.
Rebecca initially enquired with YRHM to ask for help to obtain a loan. Rebecca was very excited to not only be offered options (we engage with our mortgage brokers that are happy to help us find a solution), but YRHM were also pleased to offer another quote for the build of these properties. Again, YRHM engaged with professional colleagues and we were very excited to offer Rebecca a build cost that was $168,000 less than the original quote.
This became the beginning of a review by YRHM of Rebecca’s current and future financial goals. Rebecca’s homes are about to be completed and she now has many choices for her financial future. YRHM will be Rebecca’s vendor advocate to assist with the sale(s). We will again advocate for Rebecca with industry professionals and provide her with offers to select from for a Real Estate Agent and Conveyancer to complete her vision.
YRHM is now assisting Rebecca to review her current financial portfolio. Together, we will present her future financial thoughts and goals to a Financial Advisor who engages with YRHM to help us complete the circle for our clients. As a team and as her advocate, YRHM will offer support to Rebecca in this process, to better understand all aspects being offered.
