Over the next year, YRHM sourced a block of land in south east Queensland for me to purchase in preparation for an investment build, along with a SMSF investment property still being constructed. Due to lengthy delays with the titling of land in Queensland post Covid, David advised me to leave the small deposit in place on the land purchase and we redirected our plan to consider a wonderful dual occupancy property construction in WA, just south of Perth. The block of land in Queensland did eventually title, I was able to settle that purchase and I chose to sell it immediately for a terrific profit. In the meantime, construction of both of the other properties were completed and they were successfully and gainfully tenanted.
