Sarah, deceased estate makeover and sale

Sarah and her siblings inherited a deceased estate. As a family, they decided to sell the property however, the land and property required a makeover. A local real estate agent inspected the property and gave them a researched value on a sale price. Sarah contacted YRHM for some advice.

It was obvious that if the required work was completed on this house, the sale price would be more attractive.

Not all of the siblings lived closeby, and they were all very busy.

After meeting with Sarah and some of the family, YRHM provided a team to complete a wonderful makeover of the house and the very overgrown yard. A plan was created on the work to be completed, quotes were provided to the family and the work was completed in a very short timeframe.

The sale price was $100,000+ more than the original estimate, without any worry or stress to the family.
